The International Journal of Avant-Garde Biosciences and Public Health (IJAGB) is a top-tier, peer-reviewed, open-access journal at the cusp of radical scientific innovation and community health and welfare. As the name suggests, the journal is devoted to experimental, high-risk, high-reward research that goes beyond the traditional scope of biotechnology, molecular biology, and synthetic genomics. IJAGB will move beyond single laboratory successes to a focus on the translation of complex laboratory information to actionable population-scale public health interventions.
The scope is deliberately wide but carefully selected. It includes cutting-edge research in gene editing, nanomedicine, artificial intelligence in disease prediction and new vaccine delivery methods. At the same time, it also considers the social and economical aspects of healthcare systems around the world. Editorial board members are specifically interested in manuscripts related to the ethical use of emerging biological tools to overcome systemic health disparities, infectious disease outbreaks, and the growing health consequences of climate change.
