Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Any manuscript submitted for publication in this journal must be an unpublished work and not under

consideration for publication elsewhere. The articles should deal with matters that are of importance to

Pure and Applied Science, Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, and Mathematics Education, and

Business and Vocational Education.

  1. Articles should not be more than fourteen typewritten pages of A4-size paper (double spacing), including

references. An abstract of not more than 200 words should be included.

  1. The paper should be typed using Microsoft Word, with font type New Times Roman and size 11. All

headings and sub-headings should be bold. Three hard copies of the paper should be submitted along

with a CD plate (soft version) with an assessment fee of three thousand naira only.

  1. The cover page should contain the title of the article, the name(s) of the author(s), and a short address

identifying the designation and affiliated institution(s), including functional e-mail address and

telephone number(s).

  1. References should be done on a separate page at the end of the article, in line with American

Psychological Association (APA) format.

  1. Only articles found publishable after assessment by experts will be published on payment of the required.

  1. Author(s) will receive one free copy of the journal. Extra copies may be obtained at the cover price.
